Pathfinder Care Services has been set up to help disengaged young people who are in care and those in community who are most at risk of falling in the gap between initial education and work. We believe our program will offer guidance and support which will channel their energies in a constructive direction and promote community cohesion, safety and empowerment and ultimately provide them with coping and transferable skills which will assist with future employment opportunities.
